The Department of Anatomy & Cell Biology (ACB) is committed to upholding fundamental values of equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization across its academic mission and cultural landscape. In 2023, the department established the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Decolonization Committee (EDIDC), with a primary focus on fostering an all-encompassing and accessible environment that embraces individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Women, Visible Minorities, Indigenous Peoples, Persons with Disabilities, Individuals with Low Socioeconomic Status, and LGBTQ2S+ Individuals.
